Warranty Repairs
If your fishing reel IS covered under the manufacturer's warranty it will be returned to you at no cost in approximately one week.
If your fishing reel IS NOT covered under manufacturer's warranty, we will call you to discuss your repair options.
Non-Warranty & General Repairs
For an out-of-warranty repair or a general overhaul, send your fishing reel to seaisletackle.com via the carrier of your choice. Shipments should be sent insured with delivery confirmation. Please enclose a letter with a short description of the problem and specify if you would just like the problem repaired or if you would like a Complete Service also. We recommend the Complete Service as this is the best way to prevent any equipment failures when the fishing season is red hot. Include your return address, daytime phone number, and email.

- Complex Repair: $15 to $25 + parts
Complete Service
With the prices below, the problem is repaired Plus the reel is completely disassembled, degreased and cleaned, all parts are inspected, worn parts are replaced, reel is greased, reassembled and inspected for proper operation.
- Conventional Reels: $25 to $40 + parts
- Spinning Reels: $25 to $40 + parts
- Big Game Reels: $40 to $65 + parts
